46. The Sandlot (1993)

Some of you may get mad that this movie falls so far down on the list, but I urge you to re-watch The Sandlot before giving judgement. The plot to the movie surrounds around a group of kids getting a Babe Ruth signed baseball back from the other side of their neighbors’ fence and away from “the Beast” which is an English Mastiff.

While the movie does not hold up quite as well as you would expect, it cannot be denied that it is one of the most classic sports movies of all-time.

Phrases from the movie like “You’re killing me smalls!” have been repeated so often they have become commonplace even with people who have not seen the movie.
