25. Major League (1989)

In Major League, the Cleveland Indians are inherited by a former Las Vegas showgirl Rachel Phelps after her husband dies and she decides that she wants to relocate the team to Miami. In order to make the relocation possible she tries to field the worst team possible, but her plan backfires as the band of misfits wins the division.

One of the things that made Major League a classic was that it centered around the Cleveland Indians, who were one of the worst teams in the MLB at the time. When the Indians won in the movie, it was celebrated by their actual fan base as a championship.
