Foxcatcher was maybe the greatest acting performance in Steve Carell’s career as he transformed himself into John du Pont. du Pont was a rich wrestling enthusiast that started the Foxcatcher wrestling team in the 1980s and 90s.

Based on a true story, the movie ends with du Pont committing a shocking murder that leaves the audience stunned, unless of course they remembered when it happened in real life.

Foxcatcher is a slow-moving film but one with incredible acting performances and moments that you will not soon forget.
