10 Ideal Trades for Anthony Davis

Los Angeles Lakers: Anthony Davis

Portland Trailblazers: Nikola Mirotic, Josh Hart, Ivica Zubac

New Orleans Pelicans: Evan Turner, Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram, LAL 2019 & 2020 1st round draft picks, Portland 2020 1st round draft pick.

Lakers Rumors: Anthony Davis-LeBron James LA Tandem Could 'Unseat' Mighty Warriors, Per 'Bleacher Report'. Do the Lakers have a real chance of acquiring Anthony Davis from the Pelicans?.

This is the blockbuster that Laker fans are foaming at the mouth for.

Anthony Davis to the Lakers changes the NBA; the warriors are no longer favorites to win it all, and no one cares who’s coming out of the East to take that fat L in the Finals. LeBron will get the duo he’s yearned for and will support AD to flourish in LA. LeBron and Anthony are some of the best offensive minds on the court in todays game; if they collectively play to their potential and fed off each other’s strengths, they will be unstoppable.

Portland needs to shake things up, not too much though, they already have a top 5 back-court with Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum, but not much else. The Blazers will be destined for habitual 1st and 2nd round playoff exits throughout this dame era unless they can add another piece. Mirotic makes sense; he’s a Power Forward that hits 3’s and averages an efficient 17 points per game. Also, Nikola would provide much needed rebounding for the Blazers.

The Pelicans are rolling in picks in this trade scenario. Three 1st rounders should be enough to convince New Orleans to send Davis to LA, not to mention getting Brandon Ingram, who many believe can be a poor mans’ Kevin Durant in the next couple of years. In addition, Lonzo Ball is showing progress this year, making him an intriguing piece in this trade.
