NFL Offseason Chaos

To breakdown each teams QB situation, I separated all of them into four different categories.

The first contains teams that will have ZERO change under center next season. For example, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Kansas City Chiefs. This also includes teams that have already made moves to get the guy they want, like the Indianapolis Colts and the Los Angeles Rams.

The second category contains teams that will probably not make a move at QB, but the possibly of a move can’t be ruled out. Think of the Green Bay Packers and Aaron Rodgers. The 2020 MVP will most likely be wearing green and gold next season, but it can’t be ruled that Rodgers might want to venture elsewhere, especially after seeing Brady win a Super Bowl in his first year with the Bucs.

The third and biggest category contains teams that have been rumored to be in the market for a new QB, and teams that I think may be looking for an upgrade. For instance, a lot of buzz has been coming out of Pittsburgh lately because of General Manager, Kevin Colbert’s recent comments about Ben Roethlisberger.

The fourth and final category involves teams that will definitely have a new quarterback next season. The most obvious team in this category is the Jacksonville Jaguars.

All signs are pointing to new head coach Urban Meyer and the Jags using their number one pick in the upcoming NFL draft to take the Clemson Wonder Boy: Trevor Lawerence. Sorry all Gardner Minshew fans. “Minshew Mania” is going to have to take a back seat, for now that is.
