13. Solomon Hill

The New Orleans Pelicans gambled on Solomon Hill by signing him to a four-year $48 million contract a few years ago. Hill is now in the third year of that contract and he has yet to make a big impact on the floor.

Hill is only averaging 3.9 points per game this season and looks far from a player that is worth a significant portion of team’s salary cap.
