20. Serge Ibaka
Serge Ibaka would have been higher on this list at the start of the season, but a resurgent year has his cap hit looking much more reasonable then it did this summer.
Ibaka is getting paid $21.7 million this season and will make upwards of $23 million next year. That is still way too much money for Ibaka, as he is not the rim-protector and defensive force that he once was.
Still, Ibaka is averaging what would be a career-high 16.2 points per game and over seven rebounds for the first time since the 2014-15 season.
