Evan Turner has been a really solid player for the Portland Trail Blazers as the third guard behind the great starting back court of Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum.

While Turner has been great for Portland on the floor, he has not been great when it comes to managing their salary cap, as he makes over $17 million a season.

Turner could help a lot of teams but is making far too much money to be easily moved in a deal.
