10. Pete Maravich
Known by his nickname of “Pistol Pete”, Pete Maravich is regarded as one of the greatest ball-handlers in NBA history. Maravich spent a majority of his career with the Atlanta Hawks and the New Orleans Jazz, and his jersey was retired by both teams. Maravich led the league in scoring in 1977 with 31.1 points per game and averaged 24.2 points per game in his career.
