18. David West

David West was a two-time All-Star at the start of his career playing for the New Orleans Hornets and then continued that level of play later with the Indiana Pacers.

There was no question that West was a winning player throughout his entire time in the NBA but he accepted limited roles with the San Antonio Spurs and the Golden State Warriors at the end of his career in the search for a championship.

West ended up winning two championships with the Warriors and was able to ride off into the sunset after winning the 2018 NBA Finals.
