13. Indiana Pacers Steal Game 1 Against the Cleveland Cavaliers

No one was giving the Indiana Pacers a legitimate chance to beat LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers in the first round of 2018 NBA Playoffs, but they ended up giving them one tough series.

In Game 1, the Cavaliers outscored the Pacers 34-12 in the first quarter and looked in complete control. They were then outscored by 24 points in the next two quarters and ultimately fell to the Pacers. In the process they lost their home-court advantage.
