18. Green Bay Packers Lose to the Arizona Cardinals in a Must-Win Game

Coming into Week 13, the Green Bay Packers postseason chances were slim, and they needed to run the table to even have a shot. Luckily, they were playing the dismal Arizona Cardinals and should have had an easy win.

Somehow that did not happen, as Aaron Rodgers was held to just 17 points and lost to the Cardinals. Following the devastating loss, longtime head coach Mike McCarthy was fired on the spot.
