Malik Monk was the 11th pick in the 2017 NBA Draft and he is beginning to show the promise that made him a fringe lottery pick. Monk has increased his scoring average by four points and is becoming a heat-check scorer off the bench. At the very least, the Hornets have a player in Monk that can become a great sixth man and scoring threat off the bench.
