Reddit user ragtime_sam put one and one together and came to the conclusion that Hachimura got kicked in the balls so hard that he had to have surgery.

Two weeks ago, in a game against the Detroit Pistons, Hachimura was hit in the private parts by his own teammate, Issac Bonga.
