Los Angeles Lakers Will Guarantee Dwight Howard’s Contract

Although Howard has made a lot more money in his career than the Lakers are paying him, it’s been a long time since he’s had to earn his money like this.

Howard has been playing the primary role of the Center for the Lakers. Technically, he is coming off the bench but is averaging more minutes than their starting Center, Javale McGee.

Howard convinced the Lakers during the offseason that he had changed his dramatic ways, that he was now one-hundred percent healthy, and that he was ready to forcefully compete for a championship. So far, he’s lived up to those expectations.
