Rissa’s Expert Picks (Feb 26th)

An analysis of my favorite daily sports betting picks. It’ll be a mix of spreads, over/under, money line, and props bets varying from sport to sport.

With this 9-game slate to choose from, it’s only right that we do my favorite NBA picks for this night’s article. There are a lot of injuries to take advantage of so let’s get to it!

BKN @ WAS +2.5 (7pm EST)

O/U 234

Bradley Beal has been on a tear lately for the Washington Wizards but it just hasn’t been able to generate wins, despite his efforts. Tonight they take on the Brooklyn Nets at home who have won 4 straight on the road. The Wizards have lost 4 of their last 6 games but they’ve been close and competitive games for the most part. The Nets are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games against teams with a losing record. They are also 4-14 ATS in the last 18 meetings versus the Wizards. The Wizards are 9-4 ATS in their last 13 home games. I like this game for the Wizards to bounce back and keep it close.
My Pick: WAS +2.5

MIN @ MIA -11 (7:30pm EST)

O/U 234

The Miami Heat haven’t been playing well recently dropping six of their last eight games. They are looking to bounce back at home versus the Minnesota Timberwolves. After laying an egg against Cleveland, they need this game to get back on track. What a more perfect team to do that against than the Wolves, who have lost five straight and 18 of their last 19 games. Jimmy Butler has been in and out of the lineup due to personal reasons but he will be playing in this game which is a huge boost. The Heat are 18-7-1 ATS this season. I got Miami bouncing back to cover.
My Pick: MIA -11

DAL @ SA +5 (8:30pm EST)

O/U 232.5

San Antonio Spurs won’t be entering this game at full strength as LaMarcus Aldridge has been ruled out. Dallas Mavericks, meanwhile, are mostly healthy and coming off a great double-digit win versus Minnesota. The Spurs need a win after losing six of their last 8 games. That’s gonna be hard to come by as the Mavs are 6-0 ATS in their last 6 meetings. This season the Spurs are 9-17 ATS at home this season. On the other hand, Dallas has been one of the best road teams in the league. They have a 19-7-2 record ATS and are 11-3-1 ATS as road favorites. I like Dallas to cover.
My Pick: DAL -5
