Rissa’s Expert Picks (Feb 27th)

An analysis of my favorite daily sports betting picks. It’ll be a mix of spreads, over/under, money line, and props bets varying from sport to sport.

We got another good mix of NBA and CBB tonight. I decided to mix it up instead of the usual spread picks. Let’s get to it!

NYK @ PHI -6.5 (7pm EST)

O/U 210.5

In most cases, Philly at home versus the Knicks would be an easy bet no matter the spread. This is not the case with tonight’s game although the 76ers have been the best team this season at home, they are missing their All-Star players in Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid. The Knicks have been playing better basketball as of late and have been pretty good ATS on the road with a record of 16-13-1 and 30-27-1 ATS this season overall. The under is also 15-5 in the last 20 meetings between these two teams in Philadelphia. I like the Knicks with those points and the under as well
My Pick: Under 210.5 and NYK +6.5

POR @ IND -10 (8pm EST)

O/U 218

The Portland Trail Blazers are looking to get a win before Damian Lillard returns so they can start on that race for the 8th seed. Meanwhile, the Indiana Pacers finally snapped their six-game losing streak and hope to remain on that steady trail. Both teams have been struggling as of late and dealing with injuries. For the Pacers, even though Oladipo will be returning tonight, Jeremy Lamb is now out for the rest of the year. They have lost five of their last seven home games. The Blazers are 5-1 ATS in the last 6 meetings in Indiana and 12-2 ATS in the last 14 meetings. The Pacers have only won at home by an average of 4.7 points this season. It’s time for the Blazers to get back on track as they are 3-0 ATS as double digit underdogs. I’ll take the points with the Blazers.
My Pick: POR +10

COL @ CAL +8.5 (9pm EST)

O/U 128

Our CBB action tonight features the Colorado Buffaloes and the California Golden Bears. Colorado comes into this game 21-7 and the more dominant defensive team. Their games have gone under in four straight and seven of its last nine. The Buffaloes defense is ranked 19th in the country. The Golden Bears play at such a slow pace as well ranking 324th in pace. Their offense struggles heavily just averaging 59.3 points a game in the Pac-12 games. I see a slow pace, low scoring game.
My Pick: Under 128
