The playoff weekend kicks off Saturday, in Buffalo, where the two seeded Bills square off against the seventh seeded Indianapolis Colts.

The Buffalo Bills are coming into the postseason as hot as anyone. They’ve won six straight games by double digits, and there last three victories have been won by more than 25 points.

It’s hard to pick against the hottest team in football and what might be the most balanced football team in the league, but the Colts won’t be a cake walk for the Bills. Even though they’re a seven seed, Indy can play with anyone.

The Colts have one of scariest defense’s in league. According to ESPN, the Colts are second in the league in rushing yards allowed per game, and top ten in total yards allowed per game. Plus, their offense is no push over either.

Philip Rivers has a ton of weapons at his exposal like running backs Jonathan Taylor and Nyheim Hines, and wideouts TY Hilton, Zack Pascal, and Michael Pittman Jr.

When Indy’s offense is clicking, it is CLICKING, but that’s the thing with the Colts: They are so up and down it’s hard to predict anything from them.

Their success depends on their offense, primarily the Philip River. If Rivers can not turn the ball over, then the Colts are capable of beating anyone in the league. On the flip-side, if Rivers is looking like the 39 year old that he is, then Indy will be in trouble.

With that being said, it may not even matter how good Rivers is. If Josh Allen keeps playing like the MVP Caliber quarterback he has been this season, then Buffalo’s not just going to beat Indy, but they will have a serious shot to take home the Lombardi Trophy.
