NBA Playoff Preview: The Utah Jazz

Well, the first reason has to do with how the Jazz performed in last season’s playoffs. Utah blew a 3-1 series lead against the Denver Nuggets. Blowing a 3-1 led never boads well for belief in a team. Just ask the Clippers?

Last year’s playoff disaster is the main reason that nobody trust the Jazz.

It’s the whole “Show me in the postseason” argument. It’s the same thing used against players like James Harden. The Beard has been incredible in the regular season, but when the lights have shined brightest in the postseason, Harden has been one to come up short.

Once Utah proves they can do it in the postseason, Fans and media members will start to open up to the possibility of the Jazz being legit. That is, if they can.
