Indiana Pacers

Sneakily, the Indiana Pacers have become real threats in the Eastern Conference.

Indiana has two legit all stars in Malcolm Brogdon and Domantas Sabonis. Before you shake your head at those two being all-stars, take a look at the numbers.

Brodgon is putting up the best numbers of his career: 22.5 ppg, 7.5 apg, and 4.1 rpg and shooting 45.3% from the three point line. As for Sabonis, well, he’s been a monster this season. The 24 year old big man averaging 21.8 ppg, 12.5rpg, 5.8 app, shooting 55.6% from the field, and 37.5% from three.

Now, even though the Pacers lose Oladipo, they add LeVert, who is putting up similar numbers to Oladipo: 18.5ppg, 6.0 apg, and 4.3 reg. Plus, Indiana’s got great depth with T.J. Warren, Myles Turner, Jeremy Lamb, Doug McDermott, and more.

The biggest question for the Pacers is whether or not their top two players: Brogdon and Sabonis can play like this come postseason time. Only time will tell, but Indiana is on the come up.
