Colin Kaepernick Wanted “Exorbitant” Salary To Play In XFL

Many were hoping that since Kaepernick could not find a contract in the NFL, he would possibly make an appearance in the XFL, but unfortunately, that does not seem to be the case.

The XFL’s new league commissioner, Oliver Luck, talked about the conversations between Kaepernick and the new football league:

“We spoke with his representative, and the salary requirements that were broached in that conversation were exorbitant and certainly out of our range.”
