Caron Butler Has Street Named After Him In Hometown

Butler had quite an impressive rookie season in the NBA, averaging 15.4 points, 5.1 rebounds and 1.8 steals per game for the Heat.

Butler won Rookie of the Month four different times, and was named to the All-NBA Rookie Team.

In the 2005-06 season, Butler inked a 5-year $46 million deal to play for the Washington Wizards. Butler found a lot of success playing for the Wizards as in 2007, he posted career-highs in points, assists, steals, and field goal percentage. Butler was named to the 2007 NBA All-Star team for the first time in his career.
