Jeremy Jacobs is a one of the most hard-nosed owners in the NHL, with him being cited as a “bully” during the negotiations of the 2012-13 lockout. Jacobs has owned the Boston Bruins since 1975, which he purchased from the money he had made from his family’s company Delaware North. Delaware North is global hospitality and food service business, which is owns and manages TD Garden in Boston. Jacobs paid for the arena himself and now it is the home for both the Bruins and the Celtics.
