It took him 18-plus seasons, but Tom Brady is finally a 1,000-yard rusher.
Brady hit the career milestone with a five-yard run against the Vikings on Sunday to give him exactly 1,000 yards rushing in his career. He was so set on maintaining that 1,000-yard mark that he stepped forward upon taking a knee just to avoid being hit with negative yardage.
At the end of the game, Tom Brady took a knee forward instead of backwards to make sure he keeps the 1,000 yard mark of rushing.
He even pointed to the ref to make sure he sees it ?https://t.co/foqXYUDgEg

Brady joked in an Instagram video that the 1,000-yard milestone was the only thing that kept him playing. With nothing left to accomplish, Brady could finally retire … got ’em!
