19. Stephen Bisciotti: $4 billion (Baltimore Ravens)

Stephen Bisciotti became the majority owner of the Baltimore Ravens in 2004 after purchasing the team from Art Modell. Bisciotti founded a home health and medical staffing company in Maryland called Aerotek and co-founded a talent management firm called the Allegis Group. The Ravens have won one Super Bowl since Bisciotti took over the team and he is credited with hiring current head coach John Harbaugh.
