NFL Executive Claims Having 3 Black Head Coaches Is Shameful

It was back in 2003 when the NFL introduced the Rooney Rule. The rule requires that each club interview at least one minority candidate from outside the organization when trying to hire a head coach, assistant coaches or senior executives in football operations.

Honestly, it has not worked the way they expected, which means that we still have a long way to go before minorities have a fair shot in the NFL.
