19. New Orleans Pelicans

The New Orleans Pelicans have one of the best and accomplished young players in the NBA in their superstar Anthony Davis. The issue is that Davis may not be part of the Pelicans long-term as trade rumors have begun to emerge as he nears free agency. Julius Randle was a great offseason acquisition, as he is averaging 17 points per game in his first season in New Orleans and is just 24 years old. If the Pelicans can keep Davis long-term, their future is bright and puts them much higher on this list. Since we do not know if he will stay, the Pelicans are stuck somewhere in the middle.
