Luke Falk Becomes 2nd Player to File Injury Grievance Against the Jets

The other athlete filing an injury grievance is a guard named Kelechi Osemele. Kelechi was released by the Jets on October 26^th which was the day after he scheduled a surgery that wasn’t authorized by the organization.

After disagreeing with the severity of the injuries and how things were dealt, the New York Jets fined Kelechi for about $580,000 for detrimental conduct to the team. Kelechi then filed a grievance to cover the costs of his fine.
