Jameis Winston Undergoes LASIK Eye Surgery After 30 Interceptions

The Buccaneers’ head coach Bruce Arians has been aware of Winston’s poor eyesight as he joked about it during his year-end press conference:

“He can’t read the scoreboard but he can see the guys in front of him, so he’s alright.”

As jokingly as those comments may have seemed, it may have been something else that Arians said that prompted the quarterback to go through with the procedure:

“[If] we can win with this [quarterback], we can definitely win with another one, too.”
