Inside Chandler Parsons’ New Malibu Mansion

It all began in the 2012-12 season when Parsons became one of the breakthrough stars in the NBA as he had averages of 15.5 points, 5.3 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.0 steal per game for the Houston Rockets.

In the 2013-14 season, Parsons proved that the previous season was not just a one-time deal as he improved once again with averaging of 16.6 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.2 steals per game.

During the 2014 offseason is when Parsons ran into big money. The Dallas Mavericks were willing to offer him a three-year $46 million contract.
