Doc Rivers Admits Kawhi Leonard Isn’t Injured

Load management has been a priority for Kawhi Leonard since enduring a season ending injury with the Spurs in 2017.

Since Kawhi has made load managment a crucial part of his routine, he has maintained his health. Last season was Kawhi’s best yet. He averaged a career high 26.6 points per game, won the NBA Finals, & Finals MVP.

From last year’s success, Kawhi learned load management paid off. But, when does load managment go from being cautious to simply taking off games?

The NBA fined the LA Clippers $50,000 for Doc Rivers’ “inconsistent comments” about Kawhi’s health status.

This came after Doris Burke’s viral rant about how load managment, particularlly Kawhi’s, has gone too far.

So what were the inconsistent comments?
