Charges Against DeMarcus Cousins Have Been Dropped

In an audio recording Cousins asks “Can I have my son here, please?” West answers “No, he’s not coming” to which Cousins then responded, “I’m gonna make sure I put a bullet through your f—ing head.” It has not been confirmed if it is Cousins and West in the recording.

Cousins’ lawyer announced on Friday that the charges against Cousins have been dropped. The court case was also dismissed in Alabama. Although there are no more criminal charges, he could still be fined or suspended by the NBA.
