Why You Need To Watch BIG3 Basketball This Season

BIG names have signed with the BIG3 for 2019.

The league has our full attention after signing numerous Playmakers including Gilbert Arenas who is making his return to basketball after stepping away in 2012.

No Chill Gil is as cold-blooded as they come. He averaged 29.3 points per game in his prime and proved to be one of the best scoring point guards of his generation. Without doubt, we expect the Hibachi to cook up defenders and a LOT of tres (and cuatros…) this season.

In addition, The BIG3 have signed former NBA players Joe Johnson, Josh Smith,  Al Jefferson, and Lamar Odom.

There has been an intriguing and surprising addition to the BIG3 this season as well. Former 1st overall NBA draft pick, Greg Oden.

As most are aware, Greg Oden had one of the most devastating NBA careers. Plagued with knee and leg injuries the moment he entered the league; Oden was never able to recover and play a full season. The flashes of all-time greatness we witnessed during his Ohio State days in 2006-07 appeared to be well behind him in just a few seasons into his pro career.

After taking time away from the game to get his mind and body right, Greg Oden is now prepared to show the world what we missed out on a decade ago. He is ready to make a case for one of the greatest comebacks in basketball.

They’re (probably) coming to your city. But, if not, they’re on CBS Sports.

Knowing that our basketball needs are in good hands this summer is a relief. The BIG3 has created something new, unique, and exciting that We encourage every hoops fan to try.

All games will be televised on CBS as well as the CBS Sports Network on Saturdays and Sundays starting 6/22/19. You can see when the BIG3 is coming to an arena near you (and get your great seats before they sell out) by going to big3.com/tickets.
