Vince Carter Agrees To Return To Hawks; Will Play One Final Season

Vince Carter will set a new NBA record next season, when he steps on the floor.

The soon-to-be 43 year-old agreed to return to the Atlanta Hawks for the 2019-2020 campaign, which would mark his 22nd, and last season in the NBA, a number no other player in history has reached.

Carter has served as a mentor for the past number of seasons and can still contribute off the bench. Last year, in 76 games, Carter averaged 17.5 minutes and 7.4 points per contest.
