Dale Ellis made one All-Star appearance in his career in 1989. During that All-Star Weekend, Ellis was able to display all of his talents for the world to see. Ellis scored 27 points for the West in the All-Star Game and won the Three-Point Shootout. Ellis was a career 40% three-point shooter and led the league in that category for the 1997-98 season by shooting 47%. Ellis’ effective field goal percentage of .588 that season was also the best mark in the league.
