Top 25 Best Shooters in NBA History

17. Mitch Richmond

Mitch Richmond made an immediate impact upon arriving in the NBA, as he averaged 22 points per game in his first season and won the Rookie of the Year award. Richmond continued to average well over 20 points per game in each of his first ten seasons and was a six-time All-Star. In Richmond’s last year in the NBA his skill-set had largely diminished but he still showed his great talents as shooter by shooting 96% from the free throw line.
