17. Sean Manaea
Sean Manaea has been a mainstay in the Oakland Athletics rotation for the last three seasons but 2018 was his best year by far.
Manaea went 12-9 in his 27 starts and pitched to a great 3.59 ERA across 160 2/3 innings pitched.
On April 21st, 2018, Sean Manaea pitched a no-hitter. What made Manaea’s no-hitter really special was that he threw it against the Boston Red Sox. The Red Sox had the best record in baseball at the time and a .894 winning percentage, making them the best team to ever be no-hit in baseball history.
