2. Nick Foles Wins the Philadelphia Eagles Their First Super Bowl

When MVP-favorite Carson Wentz tore his ACL last season, everyone counted the Philadelphia Eagles out. Then backup quarterback Nick Foles lead the Eagles on the greatest run in franchise history.

Foles brought the Eagles to Super Bowl LII where they faced the New England Patriots. In the Super Bowl, Foles completed 28 of 43 passes for 373 yards and three touchdown passes. He also caught one touchdown pass, on a play called The Philly Special, which has been immortalized forever.
