The Cleveland Browns did not make Nick Chubb their bell-cow running back until halfway through the year. In fact, Chubb did not even see more than three carries in a game until Week 7.

If they had given Chubb more work early, maybe the Browns would be in postseason contention right now.

Chubb has had an amazing rookie campaign, rushing for 972 yards and eight touchdowns so far this season. Following his Week 16 112-yard rushing performance, Chubb passed Jim Brown’s franchise rookie record for rushing yards in a season.
