I get it. The Nets are supposed to be one of the best teams in the conference, maybe even the league. But that’s with a healthy Kevin Durant. We saw how a team losing their best player can hurt them last year with the Lakers. The Lakers were the 3rd seed on Christmas Day, LeBron gets injured and misses a month, then they ended up missing the playoffs.
We don’t think Kyrie will keep this team in the top 5 of the Eastern Conference, but he’s capable of leading the Nets to the playoffs. Also, the Heat are incredibly underrated. Watch out for Miami.
