The 25 Best NBA Players Who Never Made an All Star Game

19. Serge Ibaka

Serge Ibaka began his career as a defensive stalwart for the Oklahoma City Thunder, leading the NBA in blocks in back-to-back years in 2012 and 2013. Ibaka would eventually take on more of a scoring role with the Thunder, as the third option behind Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook.

Ibaka had plenty of All-Star level seasons with the Thunder before being moved in a trade to the Orlando Magic. Ibaka looked like he would never make an All-Star Game after left OKC, because he was no longer playing at that level. Until this year.

Ibaka has an off-chance of being named an All-Star for the first time, as he is averaging what would be a career-high 16.8 points per game this season.
