Kareem Abdul-Jabaar was the first great player on the Milwaukee Bucks as he came to the team in the second year of their existence. Abdul-Jabaar proved that he was the best player in the league while in Milwaukee, winning three MVP awards and delivering a championship to the Bucks in 1971.

Despite all of his success in Milwaukee, Abdul-Jabaar requested to be traded and the Bucks reluctantly conceded to his demands. Abdul-Jabaar would go on to have 14 incredible seasons in Los Angeles after being traded to the Lakers, in which he won five more championships.
