Stephen A. Smith Says He And Jay-Z Behind Colin Kaepernick Workout

Smith recently sat down with former NBA players Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson on their Showtime weekly show, All The Smoke, to discuss topics surrounding former NFL quarterback, Colin Kaepernick.

Smith revealed that it was actually him and Jay-Z who were behind the scenes urging the NFL to give Kaepernick a workout in front of NFL teams to give himself a second chance in the NFL.

Smith then went on to explain that is why he took the stance he did against Kaepernick after the former NFL quarterback moved the workout to his own location, an hour away from the original NFL location.
