Shaun Livingston Has Street Named After Him In Hometown

It’s certainly deserving of the three-time NBA champion. Livingston has always been a role model that kids looked up to during his career.

Livingston was selected fourth overall in the 2004 NBA Draft, and his future seemed very bright. Unfortunately, his career got off to a rather slow start. However, as he began to find his rhythm, and was about to have the best year of his career, things did not go as planned for Livingston.

Livingston’s first eventful hardship in his career came on February 26, 2007. In a game against the Charlotte Bobcats, Livingston attempted a layup and landing awkwardly afterward, which was the result of his knee snapping into two pieces. His leg was so disproportionate that his leg was almost amputated in the emergency room that night.
