The season before the infamous “decision”, LeBron James began to transcend as the best player in the NBA.

Prior to falling short to the Celtics in the playoffs yet again, LeBron averaged about 30ppg, 8.6apg, 7rpg, on 50% shooting. Also, James was an All-NBA 1st team selection as well as 1st team All-Defense. LeBron was tired of carrying the Cavs without the help of another All-Star talent after this season, so he took his talents to south beach in early July of 2010 to join Wade and Bosh.
