Netflix Releases Trailer For Aaron Hernandez Documentary

From the years 2007-13, the former New England Patriots’ tight end had either been a suspect or defendant in six shootings in which three people were killed.

In 2012, Hernandez signed a 5-year $39.5 million extension with the Patriots. Things seemed to be going great, but Hernandez was clearly fighting demons within himself.

“No one has allegedly killed two people and then played an entire season as a professional athlete,” a voiceover states at the start of the trailer.
