NCAA Ruled Potential #1 Pick James Wiseman Ineligible For This Season

James Wiseman & his family got assistance from former Memphis Tigers star Penny Hardaway to move to Memphis so the family can be together while James pursue’s his career and attends school.

The NCCA claims that these are improper benefits because Penny Hardaway is a booster in the eyes of the NCAA.

This raises questions after recent breakthroughs with the NCAA allowing student athletes to earn income based on “likeness.”
