The Orlando Magic may have found a player in this year’s draft that can awaken a dormant fan base and that player is Mo Bamba.

Bamba is a freak of nature, with a near eight-foot wingspan and perimeter skills at that size. Bamba is just 20 years old and is really raw but he has the potential to dominant the NBA for years to come.

The reason that Bamba is so great for this specific fan base is because of the history of the center position with the Magic. Shaquille O’Neal and Dwight Howard were each dominant centers that brought the Magic to the NBA Finals. Magic fans hope that Bamba becomes the best center of the three and delivers the first NBA championship to Orlando.
