Employees and potential employees should be evaluated on their ability to do the job and not how attractive they are. Though Hammon becoming a Head Coach would force some people to confront their backward views, that would not fix the discrimination problem for women in the NBA.
It’s a much wider problem than a woman being a Head Coach, it’s about women being able to have any role in the NBA without worrying they may not get the job because they are simply, a female.
