When Comerica Park opened its doors in 2000, it replaced Tiger Stadium which had been open since 1912. The backdrop of the outfield at Comerica give fans amazing views of downtown Detroit. With public transportation taking fans right to the stadium, Comerica is truly ingrained in the fabric of the city.
